Increasing Independence
Our life skills programs support participants to build independence, confidence, and practical everyday skills in line with their NDIS goals. Programs are hands-on, strengths-based, and tailored to individual needs.
Participants develop skills for daily living, community access, communication, and personal wellbeing while also building friendships and social connection through group-based learning.
Programs may include cooking, household skills, budgeting, shopping, travel training, digital skills, communication, and basic health and safety awareness.
These programs support greater independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Health & Wellbing
Our Health and Wellbeing programs support participants to improve physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection through inclusive activities.
Programs include swimming, yoga, gym-based exercise, Tai Chi, team sports, and outdoor recreation such as walking, fishing, and cycling.
Participants are supported to build healthy routines, confidence, and friendships while staying active and engaged in the community
Exploring Interests & Community Engagment
Our programs provide participants with meaningful opportunities to explore personal interests, develop new skills, and actively engage in their local community in line with their NDIS goals.
These programs are designed to be enjoyable, hands-on, and socially inclusive, supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and friendships while participating in shared activities.
Activities may include creative arts and crafts such as pottery, textiles, floristry, printmaking, jewellery making, soap and candle making, and other hands-on creative projects.
Participants may also explore podcast creation, music and sound recording, drama and performance, filmmaking and video editing, storytelling, and photography and digital media projects, supporting creativity and communication skills.
Additional engaging activities may include gardening programs, woodwork, cooking activities, and practical DIY projects that support creativity and skill development.
These programs support participants to build confidence, develop practical and creative skills, strengthen communication, and form meaningful friendships while actively engaging in their community.
