Preparing for Work

Our Customised Employment program support participants with disability to explore, prepare for, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

Support is delivered on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis and is tailored to individual strenghts, interests, and goals. Participants may engage in work experience, resume and intereview preparation, workplace visits, employment skills training, and on-th-job support.

We also provide side-by-side on the job support for as long as needed, along with ongoing communication between the participant, employer, and support team to ensure long-term success.

This program builds confidence, independence, and real pathways to inclusive employment.
