EcoCatering is part of a broader initiative to offer more meaningful structured learning opportunities through the ACFE Learn Local Hospitality Pathway, allowing our participants to gain formal training in:

• Food safety
• Customer service and communication
• Workplace hygiene and OH&S practices
• Teamwork in a commercial kitchen environment
• Coordinating orders and supporting smooth service and order delivery.
