EcoPark Enterprises was established in 2008 as a joint initiative between Shepparton Access Learning & Lifestyle Hub and St Luke’s Catholic Primary School.
Goulburn Valley EcoPark also includes the EcoCottage, a welcoming shared space where students from St Luke’s participate in supported programs alongside Shepparton Access participants. These programs are facilitated by dedicated Support Mentors, fostering meaningful connections, shared learning experiences, and mutual respect. This collaborative approach creates a rewarding community partnership that enhances learning outcomes and social inclusion for everyone involved.
Together, these facilities enable Shepparton Access to deliver a diverse range of practical, skill‑building activities. Our woodwork shed provides hands‑on opportunities for participants interested in building, creating, and working with tools. It is here that kindling is split and bagged for retail sale through our EcoStore enterprises. Seasonal produce grown in the EcoPark gardens is carefully picked and harvested, then delivered to our commercial kitchen, where our EcoCatering team works alongside Support Mentor Chefs to develop our signature relishes, jams, sauces, and chutneys. These products are cooked, jarred, and labelled by our participants, ready for sale individually or beautifully packed into custom created Hampers, available through our EcoStore enterprises.
